I’ve been in practice for 5 years and am an alumni of Columbia University’s Teachers College. Currently, I am accepting new clients for in-person therapy in Cincinnati or secure online counseling from the comfort of your home.

I am a Level 2 TEAM-CBT therapist helping humans discover that these feelings are essential for thriving in life! I support you in “dialing down” your emotions to a breathable level. Weekly homework accompanies sessions to build on this, but don’t be hard on yourself! It takes patience and discipline. I can be your guide!

Costs for each therapy session are on a sliding scale starting at $150 - $185, and can be paid with American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, a Health Savings Account, and an ACH Bank transfer. Remember superbills, those long invoices you got from your therapist? How about claim forms? You don’t need either of those. We’ll handle your claims electronically and file them for free.

We handle your mental health insurance electronically and file your claims for free. We also track the status of your claims and ensure they are processed correctly so you don’t have to worry about paperwork or making frustrating phone calls.
We work with your therapist to obtain all the information needed to file your claims. Then we file them electronically each week.
You only need to make sure we have your most updated insurance information. You don’t need to do anything else!
Nirvana has a free tool called the Peace of Mind Coverage Calculator, which estimates your reimbursement amount at the start of the calendar year, when your deductible has been met, and when your out-of-pocket maximum has been reached. You only need to enter the name of the therapist you’d like to see, along with your name, date of birth, and insurance information.
Once you have met your deductible, your reimbursement will be mailed to you about 4-6 weeks from the date of your first eligible claim. In some cases, this process can take as long as 90 days.
Your reimbursement will be mailed to the address on file with your therapist and your insurer. We recommend verifying your address directly with your insurer.
You will receive your reimbursement by check. Some insurers combine payments for multiple sessions and others send one check per session.
Yes! We offer a free product called the Client Portal, which allows you to do exactly that. You may be invited by your therapist, but you can independently register here. With the client portal, you can view the exact status of your claims and reimbursements.
